II. Status of HSR Taoyuan Station District Development

Project Objective
The land acquisition public project for this HSR station district is planned per urban development needs and city design deliberation standards. The following six objectives are expected:
a. Creating an environment for high quality life and industrial development.
Providing service infrastructure for the public projects in the station and the station industry development district.
c. Integrating the development of the station district and the surrounding environment.
d. Building the station district to be the new center of urban development.
e. Maximizing the benefic of the station district development.
f. By building the largest world trade exhibition center in Asia as an investment attraction focus, to prosper the local area.

Project Scope
The boundaries of this station district are
Xinjie Creek at the east and Qia Creek at the west; the north is the 60DNL
average daytime and nighttime noise bound of Taoyuan Military Airport in 1990,
and the south is adjacent to the boundary of urban planning for Zhongli and
Neili Interchange District.The
project scope is 428 hectares.

Land grading,
road construction, rain water drainage, public illumination, traffic facility,
parking lot, sewage drainage, irrigation system, plant transplant, common ducts,
tap water pipeline, relevant lifeline setting, bridge, landscape and common duct
electrical and mechanical facility, fire fighting, water pumping and drainage,
ventilation, monitoring equipment, etc.
