III. Status of HSR Hsinchu Station District Development

Project Objective
The land acquisition public project for this HSR station district is planned per urban development needs and city design deliberation standards. The following six objectives are expected:
a. By reasonable land usage of city planning, to create an environment for high quality life and commercial activity development.
b. Providing infrastructure for the public projects in the station and industry specific area.
c. Integrating the development of the station district and the surrounding urban and rural environment.
d. Building the station district to be the new center of Great Hsinchu development.
e. Maximizing the benefic of the station district development.
f. By building a rising biomedical park, to develop a medical capital in Western Taiwan.

Project Scope
This station district locates at the Southeast of Doulun Urban Planning
Area, Jhubei City, Hsinchu County. Its
administrative area belongs to Zhongxing Village, Aikou Village, Shixing
Village, Donghai Village and Dongping Village of Jhubei City. Its southwest boundary is 8km away from Hsinchu City, and its
northwest is 3km away from Jhubei City Office and Hsinchu
County Government The boundaries of this
station district are County Road 120 at the north, Township Road Chu20 at the
south, Liujia and Aikou embankments along Touqian Creek at the south, and
adjacent to Doulun Urban Planning Area, Jhubei City at the west. The project scope is 309 hectares.

Project Description
Road construction, parking lot, land grading,
rain water and sewage drainage, common ducts, relevant lifeline setting,
landscape, environmental greenification,common duct electrical and mechanical facility, fire fighting, water pumping and
drainage, ventilation, monitoring equipment, etc.
