On Apr. 24, 2026, Senior Engineer Luo Shu-Xun led Section Chief Chen Yi-Chang , Acting Team Leader Xiao He-Fang and Associate Engineer Huang Ming-Tian in supervising the “Zone Expropriation Project for Renwen Park Area, Douliu City, Yunlin County”. During the site visit, they reviewed project documents, occupational safety and health (OSH) measures, and ongoing construction activities. Several comments and suggestions were provided to guide the project’s execution.
