Administrative Deputy Minister Wu Tang-An took up the post the Administrative Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the Interior on June 13, 2022, and is now responsible for supervising the businesses of the Department and Land Administration, MOI. Led by Deputy Minister Wu, Director Wang Cheng-chi of Land Administration, MOI, Deputy Director Lin Chia-Cheng, Senior Specialist Tsan Chuan-Chuan and other MOI supervisors jointly inspected the Land Administration, MOI (Central Region Office). The business briefing by the Land Administration, MOI(Central Region Office), this Division, and the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center, MOI was heard. Additionally, an inspection tour of the offices was also made.
The briefing was presented by Director Lin Ching-Ling of this Division. An overview of the manpower and expenditures, the business items, the major tasks, and negotiated matters were reported. Deputy Director Wu proved instructions regarding this Division’s subsequent implementations and practices pertaining to the collection of the overall Tucheng Judicial Park development case section, urban land consolidation for land designated for social welfare use in Xizhi, New Taipei City, the collection of the airport MRT A7 Station section and other undertakings. This Division has also been encouraged to strengthen the discourse on its existing core businesses and contents, as well as contemplate more diverse business items. The interest and value of infrastructure should continue to be created and promoted, thereby playing a more important role in the national land development related undertakings.
