Our bureau is the only public construction unit specialized in land development, responsible for urban land readjustment, zone expropriation, rural community land readjustment, farmland consolidation, the planning, design, monitoring, and engineering of the renewal and improvement of farm-roads and canals in the consolidation zone of early farmland, project management, measurement of urban planning monument, and topographical surveying of urban plans commissioned (assigned) by the Central Government and regional governments.
Land consolidation is an important foundation for national construction and economic development. Our department will insist on our professional engineering know-how to conduct the development in accordance with the contents of national land planning and urban planning. Consolidating the ideal of sustainable development of the environment, we promote the economic use of land and healthy urban development to construct a solid infrastructure for the development of the nation and regional economy. Likewise, the people can enjoy a convenient and comfortable living environment
To achieve the vision above, our department dedicates to the following goals:
(1) Actively promote the common utility duct in public constructions, such as land consolidation, zone expropriation, etc. and the design concept in low impact development (LID).
(2) Actively promote farmland consolidation and the trinity of “production,” “life” and “ecology.”
(3) Integrating rural rejuvenation or the guidelines of national land planning to actively promote rural community land readjustment to regenerate rural communities.
(4) Promote the improvement of farm-roads and canals in the consolidation zone of early farmland. Integrating green engineering and ecological engineering to achieve a sustainable agroecological environment.
(5) Promote engineering management and help regional governments to conduct case management to promote engineering quality and complete the engineering project on time with high quality.
(6) Promote a fully computerized government and provide innovative services to promote administrative efficiency.
