The consolidation area is divided into Shuilin Township and Sihu Township. The area is bounded by Qi Di Large Drainage Channel in the east,Lu Chang Branch Line in the west, Niu Tiao Wan Qi Large Drainage Channel in the south, and the old Taisuco Railway in the north (not including the Taiwsuco Farm).
