I. Project origin:
Tucheng is close to Banqiao. It has developed rapidly in recent years. The surrounding lands for development of buildings are close to saturation. As the scope of limits on construction for military reasons is located in the heart of Tucheng, all construction and development activities are strictly restricted by the military, so that the existing public facilities are inadequate and the road system is antiquated, which has seriously affected the development of Tucheng.
As the limits on construction for military reasons are lifted and the North Second Expressway and the Tucheng MRT line pass through the project area to offer convenient traffic, in order to activate land use and provide the land for urban development, urban land consolidation for overall planning and development is adopted according to the urban plan to promote the sound development of the district.
II. Project scope:
The project is located in Tucheng District, New Taipei City. It is bounded by Qingyun Road and the galleria on its east side in the east; Xuefu Road in the west; Jincheng Road and the north side of Mingde Road in the south; Gong Wu (Datong Company) and Wengao (Haishan High School) in the north.
III. Area: 46.7 hectares.
IV. Project host: Bureau of Land Administration, New Taipei City Government.
VII. Project management organization: Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau, Ministry of the Interior.

1.The box culvert: Length: 1,542 meters.
2.The side ditch: Length: 11,410 meters.
(3) Sewage projects:
1.The main pipe: Length: 4,574 meters.
2.The branch pipe: Length: 4,862 meters.
(4) Bridge projects: 3 sets.
(5) Common pipeline projects: Length of the cable pipeline: 15,649 meters.
