I. Project origin:
The Zone Expropriation in Buzi Section, Beitun District, Taichung City is passed by the Buzi River and Dakeng River. In order to make full use of the land in the area and maintain the integrity of the overall public facilities, four new bridges are planned, where Bridge No.1 crosses the Buzi River, and Bridges No. 2 to No. 4 cross Taikeng River. Upon completion, the new bridge will connect the planned roads on both sides. Combined with the finished public facilities, adequate land will be provided for investment and development to create a good living environment and promote the development and prosperity of the region.
II. Scope: Within the Zone Expropriation in Buzi Section, Beitun District, Taichung City.
(I) Bridge No. 1 (New Peach Blossom Bridge): The Buzi Road passes through the bridge across the Buzi River. Buzi Embankment is on the north bank, while Sanbian Embankment is on the south bank.
(II) Bridge No. 2 (Romantic Lovers Bridge): It connects Jingxian Road and crosses Dakeng River. The Dongshan Embankment is on the left bank, while the Taikeng Embankment is on the right bank.
(III) Bridge No. 3 (Dakeng Qingxin Bridge): It connects Junfujiu Road and crosses Dakeng River. The Dongshan Embankment is on the left bank, while the Taikeng Embankment is on the right bank.
(IV) Bridge No. 4 (Blue Sky Baiyun Bridge): It connects Junfu 13th Road and crosses Dakeng River. The Dongshan Embankment is on the left bank, while the Taikeng Embankment is on the right bank.
III. Length:
(I) Bridge No. 1 (New Peach Blossom Bridge): 105.8 meters.
(II) Bridge No. 2 (Romantic Lovers Bridge): 98 meters.
(III) Bridge No. 3 (Dakeng Qingxin Bridge): 100 meters.
(IV) Bridge No. 4 (Blue Sky and White Cloud Bridge): 93.8 meters.

VI. Project Content:
(I) Bridge No. 1 (New Peach Blossom Bridge): The bridge foundation is a full-casing foundation pile, and the upper structure is a double steel arch tower bearing inclined bridge, with a width of 30 meters and a length of 105.8 meters (3 span, 30.8+61+ 14=105.8).

(2) Completion Date: 2011/9/8.
(II) Bridge No. 2 (Romantic Lovers Bridge): The basic type is a full-casing pile, and the upper structure is a box-shaped steel beam bridge with a width of 25 meters and a length of 98 meters (2 spans, 49+49=98). Footbridge project: The basic type is a full-casing pile, and the upper structure is a single-arch steel cable bridge combined with the reinforced glass bridge deck, with a width of 6 meters and a span of 95.8 meters.

(III) Bridge No. 3 (Dakeng Qingxin Bridge): It is a box-shaped steel girder bridge of the rib sculpture, with a width of 23.1 meters and a length of 100 meters (2 spans, 50+50=100).

(IV) Bridge No. 4 (Blue Sky and White Cloud Bridge): It is a duplex structure of truss elements and frame elements, and it is a truss suspension cable box beam bridge. The suspension structure is constructed on both sides, and the main cable is a truss type suspension cable composed of steel plates with a width of 23.2 meters and a length of 93.8 meters (2 spans, 46.9+46.9=93.8).
