I. Project origin:
In line with the urban development of Linkou District and the construction of the airport MRT station, the Ministry of the Interior plans to build houses at affordable prices and shape the "Industrial Innovation Corridor" in North Taiwan on the land near the Taoyuan Airport MRT (A7). The land for affordable housing and industrial special zone will be acquired through zone expropriation to attract manufacturers to invest in the park. By combining the mass transit-oriented development model, we will create a high-quality living environment, the population will be moved in and the local development will be promoted.
II. Project scope:
The development zone is located around Taoyuan Airport MRT (A7) in Linkou. It belongs to Guishan District of Taoyuan City in terms of the administrative district. The base is close to Taiwan Sports University, Chang Gung University and Hua Ya Technology Park.
III. Area: about 186 hectares for Phase-1 Development.
IV. Project host: Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau, Ministry of the Interior.
VI. Project Content:
Public Works for Zone Expropriation around the Taoyuan Airport MRT (A7) cover 3 work areas. Among the 9 construction projects, 7 projects have been completed by the end of December, 2018. Relevant details are described as follows.
(I) Tender Case 1 (For Taipower 161kV Pipeline Engineering between Dinghu and Donglin):
1. Connection stations: 2 sets.
2. Power line: 1,728 meters.

(1) Starting date: 2012/4/25.
(2) Completion date: 2013/5/25 at noon.
(II) Tender Case 2:
1. Road works: 13. Length: about 2,987 meters.
2. Drainage works: 12 box culverts. Length: about 2,427 meters.

4. Waterworks: Length: about 5,209 meters.
5. Sewage pipeline project: Length: about 2,847 meters.
6. Common Duct/Supply tunnel project: The length is about 5,597 meters.
7. Parks and Flood Detention Pool: 5 sets.
