Located in Chiayi City''s Hunei village, covering an area of 98.94 hectares, beginning in the east with the river area of the Bazhang River as is boundary, in the west with Huzinei Road as its boundary, in the south with the embankment of the Bazhang River as its boundary, and in the north with NO31-20M road and the First Tender area as it boundary.

1. Earth preparation works: The entire earth preparation area is approximately 98.94 hectares.
2. Road works: The total length is 13,938.04 meters.
(1) 8M roads: Eight roads, total length of 1,995.36 meters.
(2) 10M roads: Three roads, total length of 1,265.18 meters.
(3) 12M roads: Three roads, 1,033.65 meters.
(4) 15M roads: Five roads, total length of 3,171.73 meters.
(5) 20M roads: Seven roads, total length of 3,797.06 meters.
(6) 30M roads: Three roads, total length of 2,487.19 meters.
(7) Park road: One road, total length of 187.87 meters.
3. Drainage works:
(1) Roadside ditches with a total length of 30,128 meters.
(2) Rainwater gutters with total length of 3,265.12 meters.
4. Sewer works: 200 to 800mm sewage pipes with a total length of 25,086 meters, installation of 65 cesspits and 83 sewer manholes.
5. Public lighting works: A total of 544 250W high-pressure sodium lamps, and a total of 27 power switch boxes.
6. Traffic works: 12,621 square meters of reflective road surface marking lines, 223 signs of various kinds.
7. Planting works: 1,490 trees, 31,840 shrubs, 610 square meters of munro hack.
