1. East side: Lancheng Rd.
2. West side: Existing industrial roads
3. South side: Existing waterway
4. North side: Lancheng Rd. and industrial roads
III. Area: 7.7 hectares.
IV. Project host: Yilan County Government.
V. Competent authority of the project: Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau, Ministry of the Interior.
VI. Project contents:
1. Sewage work: sewage treatment plant.
2. Green landscaping works: green spaces and park.
3. Road works: roads and side ditches.
(1) No. of roads with the width of 10 meters: 1; Length: 244 meters.
(2) No. of roads with the width of 8 meters: 9; Length: 1,540 meters.
(3) No. of roads with the width of 7 meters: 1; Length: 85 meters.
(4) No. of roads with the width of 6 meters: 2; Length: 224 meters.
(5) Length of road side ditches: about 3,186 meters.
4. Drainage works: drainage ditch, box culvert and retarding basin.
5. Lighting works: 48 street lamps and 24 landscape street lamps.
