I. Project origin:
The project is located on Zhongshan North Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. The Yangmei Office began operation on 1982/9/1. After the establishment, some parts were leased out, and some parts were shared with Yangmei Branch under Local Taxation Bureau of Taoyuan County Government. Owing to the narrow office space and poor hardware facilities, the public could not enjoy a comfortable and convenient environment. In order to improve the quality of service and the office environment, the National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province under the Ministry of Finance decides to build the new office building.
II. Base location: Land Numbers, 89-5, Cao Nan Po Sub-Section, Cao Nan Po Section, Yangmei Town, Taoyuan County.
III. Base area: 2,011 square meters (The building coverage ratio is 49.87%, and the floor area ratio is 147.59%).
IV. Structure type: 3 floors above the ground, and 1 underground RC structure.
