I. Project origin:
The project is located at Section 1, Wenhua Road, Banqiao District, New Taipei City. The base area is 3,268 square meters. In order to provide people with high-quality taxation services and well-established service facilities, a multi-functional office building is built by the National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province under the Ministry of Finance to provide a good office environment and dynamic lines, so that the administrative efficiency can be improved among the staffs.
The project retains local sweetgum trees and banyan trees, which are combined with street furnishings to form a community park, thus providing local residents and visitors with a place for resting, staying, and chatting.
II. Project location: 8 Land Numbers at 750-1, Fuzhong Section, Banqiao District, New Taipei City.
III. Base area: 3,467 square meters (The building coverage ratio is 39.17%, and the floor area ratio is 285.72%).
IV. Structure type: 10 floors above the ground, and 3 underground RC structures.
