I. Project origin:
The project is located in Jinshan Road, Jincheng Township, Kinmen County. Kinmen Service Station instead of Kinmen Office (National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province, Ministry of Finance) was organized as a task force under the command of the Executive Yuan on 1997/7/1. With the development of business in the Kinmen area, the business volume has continued to expand. On 2008/3/4, the Executive Yuan agreed to reorganize Kinmen Service Station into Kinmen Office (National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province, Ministry of Finance). In order to provide a better service environment for the public, Kinmen Office (National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province, Ministry of Finance) and Kin-Ma Branch (Northern Region Office, National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance) have decided to co-build an office building for common use.
II. Base location: 7 Land Numbers at 487, Wutu Section, Jincheng Township, Kinmen County.
III. Base area: 3,352 square meters (The building coverage ratio is 35.05%, and the floor area ratio is 120.62%).
IV. Structure type: 4 floors above the ground, and 1 underground RC structure.
