Origin:
To resolve the disorderly and unorganized city appearance in the perimeter of Daqing Station and to speed up the development of the areas around HSR Wuri Station, “The 13th land consolidation project in Taichung City” is being promoted by the Taichung City Government in the hope of realizing the development vision for such consolidation area under aggregated planning. In addition to creating a new horizon for the economic development of local industry, the plan will also be executed by conserving the ecological landscape and native cultural and artistic features. The ultimate goal is to present a happy and culture-oriented city through the planning of sidewalks, greenery trails, landscape bridges and a lush green park system.
The entire consolidation site lies on the east of Liming Road and Yongchun East 3rd Road, on the west of Xichuan 1st Road, on the north of Jianguo North Road, and on the south of the centerline of Wenxin South 7th Road. The area of the 13th land consolidation district is about 235 hectares.
The project includes 4 civil engineering tenders, the west side of Huangzhong Road widening by 20m engineering, the integrated tender affected by the Macipu site and modifications of the urban plan, bridges and reconstruction of the backflow ditch below Xichuan 2nd Road into an ecological landscape channel engineering tender, and the detention pond engineer. Except 4 civil engineering tenders, bridges and reconstruction of the backflow ditch below Xichuan 2nd Road into an ecological landscape channel engineering tender and the west side of Huangzhong Road widening by 20m engineering tender that have been completed, there’re two processing engineering tenders - the integrated tender and the detention pond engineer, as described below.
Scope:
1.Integrated Tender: 4 working zones are distributed in the scope of the 13th land consolidation distric.
2.Detention Pond Engineer: 6 detention ponds are distributed in the scope of the 13th land consolidation district.

1.Integrated Tender: About 47.79 hectares.
2.Detention Pond Eengineer: About 6.03 hectares.
