I. Project Origination
Neighboring Banqiao, Taishan and Shulin Districts, Xinzhuang District developed swiftly in recent years and building developments fill the available land. Since this area is right at the heart of Xinzhuang, all building developments are limited by insufficient infrastructure and improper road systems that significantly affect Xinzhuang District’s developments.
In order to provide land for urban development and activate land utilization, and with the help of the lifting of military prohibition of building limitation in the area, and since Provincial Highway No. 1, No. 2 and Xinzhuang MRT Line are all passing by this area to provide communication conveniences, the Land Administration Department of NTCG is implementing an integral development according to urban planning by way of urban readjustment for giving impetus to a sound development of the locality.
II. Scope:
The readjustment area of the project is Xinzhuang District, adjoining the west side of Special Expressway No.2 on the east, the east-side of Jianguo 1st Road on the west, the northwest side of Gongguan Section #713 land on the south, and the south side of Xinzhuang Zhongzheng Road on the north.
III. Area: approx. 122.11 hectare
