I. Project Origination
The Expropriation Zoning Area of the project located on the left bank of the Xindian River is implemented according to the [Zhonghe Urban Planning Alteration Project (coordinating construction project of Taipei County Xiulang Bridge-side Taipei Metropolitan Area Huanhe Expressway) Detail-plan Specifications (part of residential areas and land used for parks and children’s playgrounds are for road use; revision of business plan and financial plan and revision of land use zoning control regulations] enforced in Nov. 2020; and [Yonghe Urban Planning Alteration Project (coordinating construction project of Taipei County Xiulang Bridge-side Taipei Metropolitan Area Huanhe Expressway) Detail-plan Specifications (part of residential areas and land used for parks and children’s playgrounds are for road use; revision of business plan and financial plan and revision of land use zoning control regulations] enforced in Nov. 2020. Since the river regulation line and river boundary line of this area have not yet been moved out to the road embankment of Huanhe Expressway, land use in this area has therefore been limited to only a parking lot in the past 14 years. The subsequent developments will match up with announced urban planning to allocate proper usage based on urban texture, in order to improve the environment and to stimulate development of the peripheral areas to mold a community space with self-evident features thereby providing necessary service-type infrastructure in the locality for to improve the quality of the waterfront for residents.
II. Scope: This project adjoins Huanhe Expressway at the east side and a lane of Sec. 4, Huanhe E. Road at the west side.
