I. Project Origination
In order to improve the environment in the Banqiao Guanghuan Road Section 2 and Huanzhong Road area, where iron sheet houses are crowded and the urban appearance is old and unpleasant, and to provide a quality urban living environment for the Puqian area with better land utilization, an integral development has been implemented by way of Zone Expropriation in accordance with [Banqiao Urban Planning (part of Puqian area)(coordinating with Taipei Metropolitan Huanhe Expressway Taipei County Side Construction Project) Detail-Plan Specification (Zone Expropriation #4-7 areas and range of industrial zone)].
II. Scope:
Adjoining New Taipei City Huanhe Expressway on the east, residential area of Banqiao urban planning on the west, Zhonghe urban planning boundary on the south, and Guanghuan Road Section 2 on the north, it also neighbors the southern part of Areas #1-3 of Banqiao Detail Plan Zone Expropriation.
