I. Project Origination
In order to balance urban development of the Xindian District, to guide its healthy growth and to improve land utilization, New Taipei City Government implemented an integral development by way of Zone Expropriation in accordance with [Alteration of Xindian Urban Planning (phase-3 of 2nd overall review)(Units B, F and J)]
II. Scope:
The project is situated at Unit B of [Alteration of Xindian Urban Planning (phase-3 of 2nd overall review)(Units B, F and J)], with the base crossing both sides of Zhongzheng Road in Xindian District on the east, adjoining Xiyuan Road on the west, neighboring the [Detail Plan of northern vicinity of Xindian Zhongyang Village (in coordination with the Taipei County side of Taipei Metropolitan Huanhe Expressway Project)] on the south, and Fuxing Road on the north.
III. Area: Approx. 34.57 hectare
