To understand the management and utilization of our national property administered by its affiliated agency and to promote the management, maintenance, and effective use of our national property administered by its affiliated agency, on December 1, 2023, the Secretariat of the Ministry of the Interior formed an investigation team headed by Director-General Shih Ming-Tzu, with the department head, and staff members in order to conduct an onsite investigation and audit of the management of our national property administered by the Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau in 2023. Received by Director General Lin Ching-Ling of the Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau, Director Huang Shih-Yun gave a presentation to the team. After the presentation, the members of the investigation team audited each of the items during the investigation carefully. After the auditing, Director-General Shih chaired a general discussion. The investigation team confirmed that there was proper management of property administered by the Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau and encouraged the related staff members of the bureau to continue optimizing the management of the national property and consolidate its maintenance and effective utilization for the purpose of the civil service.
