Engineer Zhang Chang-Ling and Associate Engineer Wang Li-Rong had attended the supervision of “Urban Land Consolidation Project for Xihuan of Xihu Township, Changhua County” hosted by Changhua County Government on 2023/12/28. By reviewing the documents, the OSH (occupational safety and health) and the construction works, a number of comments and suggestions had been given as the guidance of the project execution.
