I. Project origin:
Jinbaoli Old Street is located in the center of Jinshan Urban Planning Area. It can be divided into two main functions: Leisure/Recreation and Livelihood/Residence on both the east and west sides. The three units in this project are located in the area for Livelihood/Residence and they represent the core of life in the space development concept of the main project. Hence, the project area should be developed into a high-quality residential community in the future, and suitable public facilities and open spaces that can respond to the surrounding environment should be provided in accordance with the geographical characteristics of each unit in the residential area to improve and enhance the service level of the public facilities in the area and highlight the core values of life to create a new high-quality living space for Jinshan District.
II. Project scope:
There are three places in Jinshan District, New Taipei City, which are described as follows:
1. Unit A: Bounded by Sanmin Street in the east; Zhonghua Road in the west; Siwei Road in the south; Bade Street in the north.
2. Unit B: Located on the south side of Jin Mei Elementary School; Bounded by Zhongxiao 1st Road in the east and Renai Road in the southwest.
3. Unit C: Bounded by Zhongxing Road in the east; Zhongshan Road in the southwest; Mingseng Road in the north.
III. Area: 6.98 hectares.
IV. Project host: Bureau of Land Administration, New Taipei City Government.
V. Project management organization: Land Consolidation Engineering Bureau, Ministry of the Interior.
VI. Project Content:
(1) Road projects: Total length: 532.12 meters.
1.Unit A (8M Road): 1. Length: 127.06 meters.
2.Unit B (8M Road): 1. Length: 149.23 meters.
3.Unit C (10M Road, including sidewalk with a width of 1.5 meters on both sides): 1. Length: 255.83 meters.
(2) Drainage projects:
1.Pipe culvert: 115.22 meters.
2.Box culvert side ditch: 1,359.52 meters.
3.U-shaped ditch: 613 meters.
4.Box culvert: 159.76 meters
5.Flood detention pool: 3 sets.
(3) Common duct projects: cable pipeline. Length: 1,038 meters.
(4) Park landscaping projects: 3 places.
