I. Geographical location:
The land is located at Chiayi City''s Hunei Village, with Huzhinei Road as its eastern boundary, adjacent to Chiayi County''s Shuishang Township in the west. It is bordered by the embankment of the Bazhangxi River to the south, and the No.60-15m road and the second bidding land area to the north. It covers an area of 55.08 hectares.
II. Content of Project:
1.Site preparation: 50 parcels of land, with an area of approximately 37.05 hectares and more than 230,000 squares of borrowed earth.
2.Road works: There are 33 roads altogether, with a total length of 13,938 meters, two earth retaining walls and two bridges.
3.Drainage works:
(1)The total length of roadside ditches is 24,431 meters with 76 water channels.
(2) Single hole box culverts of 2,377 meters, double hole box culverts of 310 meters, and 34 rainwater manholes.
4.Sewage drainage works: A total of 4,227 meters of sewage propulsion piping and 62 sewer manholes; 14,355 meters of user connection piping and 48 sewage collection wells.
5.Public lighting works: 355 single-arm, 250W high-pressure sodium lamps, 40 double arm lamps, and 19 power switch boxes.
6.Traffic works: 8,988 square meters of road surface reflective line markers, 65 signs, and 12 recovery-type bumper posts.
7.Electricity cable trench supply pipe engineering: 2,161 meters of common pipeline, with 135 hand holes.
III.Completion Date: May 4th, 2017
