It has an area of about 6 hectares.

The drainage canal/farm drain adopts a construction method that conserves water resources and maintains the original ecology of the Farmland Readjustment Zone. The hard-surfaced pavement such as the concrete back board must be avoided at the bottom of the drainage canal/farm drain.

    According to Article 38 of the Farmland Readjustment Act, after the agricultural land readjustment is completed, the agencies in charge of the agricultural roads and waterways shall inspect, manage and maintain the agricultural roads and waterways in the agricultural land readjustment area once a year. If the arable land user in the readjustment area has the obligation to maintain the agricultural roads and waterways adjacent to the arable land parcel, and if there is any damage found, the agencies in charge of the agricultural roads and waterways shall be notified immediately.
