According to Article 7 of the Regulations Governing the Recognition of Organizations offering Professional Training for Assistant Real Estate Brokers, the professional training to acquire qualifications as an Assistant Real Estate Broker shall include the following courses:
1. Basic laws and regulations on real estate: including the Civil Code, Land Act, Land Tax Act, Deed Tax Act and House Tax Act.
2. Relevant laws and regulations on real estate brokerage: including the Real Estate Broking Management Act and its Enforcement Rules, Fair Trade Act, Consumer Protection Act and Condominium Administration Act Building Administration Division.
3. Models of various types of real estate contracts set by the central competent authority, as well as things that must and mustn’t be recorded in relevant contracts.
