National and local associations of real estate brokers. 3. Other non-profit institutions or organizations related to real estate brokerage which have been registered or established for 3 years. However, the institutions and organizations of Items 2 and 3 of the preceding paragraphs shall be assessed by the training quality standards set by the Ministry of Labor.
